Arcanist's strongbox drops currency EXCLUSIVELY for quality.

So I started watching out for this a week ago. Aranist's strongboxes drop scraps and wheetstones and other quality currency only. Not even wisdom or portal, just quality. I thought they are supposed to drop everything BUT quality currency? Artisan's should drop quality ain't it?
