" I can understand why OP was upset that it was missing, but I had a feeling there was a more reasonable explanation for it not appearing rather than peoples' tinfoil hat concerns that Tencent is scrubbing one more thing from the game. Glad to see my suspicions that it was bugged was confirmed. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.
