Report on corrupted jewel implicit RMR not working (3 223 028 326)

Hi.
I have a Corrupted Fluid Motion Viridian Jewel socketed as shown in the screencap (+24 dex, implicit: 1 % reduced mana reserved). The reduced mana reserved doesn't seem to have any effect. I can test this by swapping that jewel into another without the implicit modifier. There is no change in the amount of mana reserved. Bug ref no: 3 223 028 326 Attached screencap. It’s simple math. 1% of a 50% reservation is .5% that rounds down to 0. Get more reduction if you want to see a difference.
