Unable to complete Twilight Temple--no arena portal

Triggered all 6 plates and killed all mobs. Says 2 monsters remain, but I cannot access them because no arena portal has spawned. Got the map from Zana as an Atlas quest but cannot complete the quest. I had no problem on this map in this major patch .
Since there is no video hard to tell it is a bug or not. Yes GGG can access the map seed by your bug reference number. But since no one apart from your to report this bug, you need to wait for GGG answer (more often they read but not reply) or you can just bought the low tier version of this map and record the whole gameplay to show it is a recurring bug This is the start of forum signature: I am not a GGG employee.
