account deleted from link/steam refund

I pulled a big dumb dumb doo doo head move and accidentally deleted my account by trying to link my steam account to a regular version of poe. I've emailed support about the deletion but also asked about a possible refund to my steam account. Basically I'm trying to figure out which is possible/could be done faster restore my old account or get a refund to my steam account and just play on the new account.
anyone have an idea how long these things take? if an account can be restored fast then I'll just wait but if a refund is even faster than I'd rather just play the new account and remake the purchases. |

All you can do is wait for GGG to get back to you. They are swamped so it may take a day or more.
Just don't send them any more emails as that will send you ticket back to the end of the line. If you did it relatively soon after the first one, it shouldn't affect your wait too much. It all depends really whether or not they have to send you to a different team or not for how long it could take.
