Talismans should drop with random anoints

As its now i just pick them to sell for alt shards on ssf, over the hundreds of talismans i have picked this league only one or two were somewhat decent, but gl using them without anoint on any of my builds.
I believe that allow to anoint corrupted amulets would be a slippery slope, but at the very least, please, make them drop with randoms anoints. Would be cool seeing some bellow average amulets being used as placeholders just for the anoint on some builds. When You die on Softcore, you lose experience. +1, I don't think that having random annoints on talismans would be broken ( no change for the betrayal-research craft of course ), it would all be weighted anyway I'm sure ...

Even with an unweighed chance that it would be worth wearing would be near zero. haven't seen half-decent talisman for years.
