Reduced Reflected Physical Damage Taken is not functioning correctly.

Setup: I am a Beseker with 10% increased damage taken. At all points during this, I had Soul of Steel and 4 Endurance Charges for 25% reduced physical damage taken. I use Brutality, so no non-physical damage was dealt. Atlas was at Ascension level 3 if increased magnitude of map modifiers could matter.

Experience: Entered un-ID'd map, put down my ancesteral totem, it dies when hitting an enemy. Leave map, equip a rare chest with '100% reduced reflected physical damage taken', Yugul, and a Cybil's Lamet, totaling 205% reduced reflected physical damage taken.

Expectation: All the reduced/increased damage taken would be additive for reflect. I would have 230% reduced reflected physical damage taken and 10% increased damage taken, meaning a net of over 100% reduced damage taken, negating reflect.

Experience: I still took reflect damage, although it seemed less than normal as I did not one-shot myself on a small straggler group of enemies. I was not cursed or shocked during this.

What I think went wrong: The reduced reflected physical damage taken was all added together with other reduced damage taken sources, capped at 100%, then the Beserker 10% increased damage taken was added in, meaning I had 90% reduced damage taken instead. This does not seem consistent with other increased/reduced additive behaviors.

Thanks for your report, your helmet has the mod "9% of Physical Damage from Hits taken as Lightning Damage", this would be why you're still taking some amount of damage in physical reflect maps.
Oh, so 'reduced reflected physical damage taken' applies after that modifier, and to if the damage taken from reflect is physical, not if the damage that got reflected was physical. Makes sense, thank you.

This is just a terrible design.
The mod respect Receiving damage rules. The order of damage calculation is not intuitive, the rules exist only on the wiki, the mod mechanics implementation would literally cost your character a life.
The basic mechanics could be changed w/o listing in patchnotes, any of the mechanics could be bugged somehow, and the only way to find out if something went wrong is by "occasionally die to this bs".

The "Reduced Reflected # Damage Taken" mod should either be boolean or not exist (along with reflect).
Problem: impostor syndrome
Solution: nerf everything
Result: depressing mess
