Need help with alva base weapon

looking to craft a minion staff and I wanna know what to do. Im looking for the +1 socketed gem and minion damage and % for double minion damage does this item only drop in the temple and a certain map level? How hard is this to get as a drop? I can't simply just buy one because im on ps4 and the only guy with the staff keeps raising the price (55ex now) because someone is out bidding me supposedly

I made some research on Wikia, but it looks like affixes are a bit outdated. For what I can say, the "+1 to socketed gem" is a LV50 Prefix (Paragon's), perhaps you meant "+x to socketed minion gems", which is a Temple Prefix (Citaqualotl's: +1 on LV1, +2 on LV50)
while the "+x% minion damage, x% chance for minion to double damage" is another LV50 Temple Prefix (Citaqualotl's). This makes, anyway, a double temple prefix. since "Alva" is not an Influence you can't really craft it - either you drop it like that or you don't You *should* be able to get it only in Temple, and only from Atzoatl which is the only one who can drop Rare temple items. However, game has evolved from Incursion league, and there is a slight better chance for you to find it without grinding temples by using other league's content. Look for everything that has a purple crossed sword-and-axe symbol on it, Which means, right now: - Blight: Blight Chests with that symbol on - Legion: Legion rare mobs, or War Chests/ Chests - Metamorph: Organs with that symbol on which specifically states "drops an Incursion weapon" or "drops additional Incursion weapon" Of course, you should be in a LV50+ area for it to happen, but most of these encounters are meant to be done in maps, so I take for granted you are already searching for it in a LV50+ area |

One way would be to upgrade the Temple minion room to III. Could even be a T1 temple.
It is called Hybridisation Chamber and will contain a chest/item with a Citaqualotl mod. Its rng still as it can be a 1h or 2h weapon. So it will take some tries to find the appropriate weapon type and mods. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore

" Unfortunately, this will not work. What ReformCx is trying to get is a staff with 2 Citaqualotl prefixes - and Tier III Room rewards are either a specific unique or a blue item with that mod. Even if there is one of the two prefixes, the other cannot be crafted in any way for the moment |

For the record, ive NEVER seen an item with TWO temple mods.
Ive seen plenty of rares with 1. but NEVER two. |

Hmm... in that case, perhaps what ReformCx actually wanted was the Pargon's prefix for a +1 to all socketed gem. in this case, gandhar0's suggestion is correct: you might get lucky and find a Magic staff like you want. However, ou will still need to Augment it and Regal it, hoping it spawns the (rare) Pargon's modifiers.

" Run metamorphs with the incursion weapon option. Takes forever and there's also a good chance you won't get it. However, even if you do get it, you have to hope you only have the 2 prefix and not some random 3rd one or you will have to annul and hope to get rid of the shit one. You also have to hope you get no more than 2 suffix so you can put prefix cannot change and scour. Then you can multimod and add the +2 gems and minion stat. I've gotten 4 so far that were possibilities (+1 gems, minion damage/double damage), all of them needed work via annuling or whatnot. None of them worked out. I bought mine and I've seen ppl with 4 and 5 of them all with the same colors, stats, white sockets, etc. Either I am piss unlucky or there is another, easier way than I described above. |
