[3.9] Durimon's Storm Brand Occultist, 7 ex, Speedy Safe End Contents

This build item and passive setting are almost same as Durimon's Winter Orb Build (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2746710) except several passive/ascendancy change, and amulet change.

When I was making WO build, I wanted to develop a occultist passive 'frame' that can be used with most spells.

This is one example of applying 'Durimon's Occultist Passive.'

You will see amazing efficiency, better than other storm brand builds that needs more currencies than 7 ex.

Currently I am extremely busy, so I will add more when I have time.
