Farric Tiger Spectres

So I found a Farric Tiger Alpha and after catching him made three of his Farric Tigers into spectres.

They just do not die.

they have faced off against minion shredding metamorphs to sirius and do not seem to be fazed at all.

Anyone else found a rare spectre that just seems to always survive?

Does not say but isn't that one of the beasts that can spawn when you hunt with einhar?
Never checked if you can use them for spectres. Interesting to know if you can.

On a Einhar daily quest.

Farric Tiger Alpha is a rare red beast (the one used to open a portal to Farruls area) and the tigers he summons are the ones I raised.
