Cannot Progress in Act 5 due to quest item not dropping

I am in act 5, control blocks. When I interact with the experimental supplies quest item crate, it does not drop the quest item Miasmeter, which is needed to continue the game. Plz help!!!

" That's a side quest item, not a main quest item. You get a passive point for it. So yes, it's important, but doesn't block progression. Support a free Hong Kong.

Reset map. I got control blocks bugged On both chars.

In case trying in a fresh instance doesn't help:
Do you have an item filter on? Maybe it blocks this particular quest item for some unknown reason. After opening the crate, hold down alt to show all drops regardless of filter settings. Does the Miasmeter show up now? |
