Do i need to do atlas map in the correct order to continue or
can i simply pick a random map and do it until it unlock em all or it absolutely need to be allready shown in atleast like i got 2 vaal pyramid but dont see it in my atlas will i waste em if i dont follow the maps road ???

You could certainly do that if you have no interest in the conquerors or Sirus.
If you intend to follow the end game story, fight conquerors, collect watch stones, etc, then I would say there is no specific sequence to follow, but a number of key rules/principles. Best to watch a couple of videos. |

u didnt get what i meant i think , i wanted to mean if i for some reason have like desert map , but doesnt havt it in my atlas showing will it still unlock it or it will be lost since i havnt followed the "path"

Got it - sorry.
You should get credit for any map you complete, even if it's not showing on the atlas. And once you complete a map at one tier, it's considered complete at every tier. BUT...Vaal Pyramid is on the atlas from the beginning. It's t3 in the upper left corner region.
