Can't Paste into game anymore!

Just logged into game and ctrl-v doesn't seems to be working INGAME anymore, read it works everywhere else except ingame.

I've tried:
- Restarting game and pc;
- Resetting keybinds to default;
- Changing the keybind for CTRL
- Run the pack checker;
- Run the GGPK defragmenter...

But nothing works! This is quite troubling as I can't trade anything like this...

If anyone has managed to find a fix I'd like to know it since trough google I only found unsolved questions or not working fixes.

EDIT
Fixed... Reinstalling the game didn't work, so I started closing programs... turns off it was OVERWOLF, and the app FACECHECK for League of Legends has recently added a keybind for CTRL-V (of all things...). So if you a similar problem to mine take that in mind.
