Issue while openning the instance

An error occures while trying to open my Shaper realm instance.
Will that be fixed?
I know it's not much for you, but i wasted 120c on fragments, which is for me (a casual player) a lot.
Will there be any fixes regarding this or will we continue to waste maps/fragment sets, and will we be compensated in any way, considering we didn't get any notification about these server issues, to not open new instances?
