GPU technical problem
I have the following pc components
Nvidia GeFroce gt 730 2Gb CPU= I5 2400 3.10ghz 8GB ram the problem found on the video card occurred after the 441.66 update of the video card (the newest update) the problem is that I have an abysmal drop in fps despite keeping everything to a minimum, I have problems only accessing the city, I crash "at least 3 times before logging in, once I log in I have unmanageable fps drops, once I enter I try to go to an area like" prisoner gate act6 "and also there is a fairly high frame heat, I checked and technically I should have all the credentials to play at least medium although I keep everything to a minimum but I don't understand all these problems and even after the GPU update everything got worse Last bumped on Jan 6, 2020, 3:19:33 PM

Same here with GTX 750. I updated drivers like 2 weeks ago, because people were recommending it for memory leak. Before update it took like 6GB RAM after 5-7 minutes (8GB installed in my computer) and then became unplayable, but before it was stable 50-60fps. After update memory leak takes a bit more time, sometimes even 30 minutes to kill this game entirely, but fps jumps from 5 to 60 for no reason... I know this GPU is old and I'm going to change it, but why newer drivers made it even worse? :(

" First of all memory leaks eat ram, not vram which is found on GPUs, so updating GPU drivers have nothing to do with possibly or probably fixing a memory leak, in fact if there even is one (which from my end looks like there really isn't one) it won't get fixed by a random GPU driver update. Second of all - Here is the tip of the day - IF a driver update made performance worse, how about you revert back to the driver that actually worked?! There are plenty of cases where video drivers mess things up. In fact, considering that you were trying to fix a memory leak (game engine side issue btw) with a GPU driver update, i wouldn't be half surprised if you managed to snag a beta driver, those things almost always have some sort of weird issues. As for the OP, that GPU is so bad i don't even know how you can launch the game, let alone play it. Just a random quote from google, and that is refered to the 4GB vRam version, not the 2GB. " P.S. 8gb ram is not a whole lot of info, latency and speed not to mention generation is what actually matters, if it's a ddr3 or god forbid ddr2 8gb with below 2k mhz clock speed, you might as well have the equal of 2gb decent ddr4 2666 single channel stick of ram. No rest for the wicked. Last edited by Daiena#7638 on Jan 6, 2020, 2:34:24 PM

Same problem on GTX 1060 6 GB VRAM / Core I3 8100 / 8 GB RAM.
Even after recent update with "Fixed common crash client", I still get memory error, however neither my VRAM or RAM got leaked. Tried to revert back drivers to 441.12, still client crushed in city. If need some system logs, just tell where to find them, and I gonna post it. Thanks in advance Last edited by sanatsura#2980 on Jan 6, 2020, 3:22:03 PM
