I added a helpful tooltip that shows up when you type the socket combination, and shows you what the sockets might look like.

I added social authentication (facebook & twitter). For those who hate this stuff, you can still sign up/log in the old school way, don't worry.

Does anyone else feel using a site like this goes against the spirit of the game as was intended to be played, without an auction house?
I sort of enjoyed D3 at first. That was up until the moment I clicked the AH and bought my first item. I had no incentive to play the game to find loot on my own anymore. It all seems too powerful. I thought GGG was against an auction house? While this is not an auction house proper, it's pretty damn close. That being said, you are a very talented developer. Congrats on your hard work. |

What Tomorrow said.
The problem is that it's close to impossible to find the items you're looking for without it. Or at least very time consuming. And I agree that the AH ruined D3, but spending 2h looking at random threads hoping to find an item is not that fun either. I think most agree that it's just helpful, and that even with this tool, your items are far from being just a click away, like in D3. Track your map runs: http://pathofmaps.com (retired)

I want to suggest something about the shop.
Right now, every seller create their own shop, its a mess just like the forum. What you need is some basic generic shop from you. Of course, sellers have to post their item in the store. Some basic shop would be: 1 alchemy, 1 chaos, price is set buy out. Just make sure you put up some disclaim that you are not responsible if the seller is a jackass and change the price. IGN QTCRZ
