Zana's quest is imossible

I took a quest from Zana to Find the Map item, killed literally all mobs, killed boss and metamorph, searched through the whole map(opened every chest and destroyed every object I could) and didn't find any Map item. https://imgur.com/a/M6YE3YA

Same bug happened to me yesterday, but i cannot remember the name of the map (was different than your anyway).

I had the same issue, and it is probably due to the new atlas mechanism.
What atlas level were You? I was at level 8, which means, lower than T14 maps are not dropping at that point, probably just 'eaten' by the system. I guess, the calculated map on Zana's quest would be lower (even if it was a T16 map for me), and not dropped, which made impossible to finish that quest. At least, this is my only possible theory for these map issues, like the same reason for the empty temple map room chests / empty delve town map chests on atlas level 8. All-time non-streamer luckless dropless rewardless tons-of-time-playing non-TFT-er 100% solo player.
So, it just turns out, we were lied to for years with the promises of a two-storied one PoE 4.0. All these worse and worse beta leagues, all these braindead changes, all lead to this. |

Exact same thing happened to me. This was a Zana mission. Killed all mobs, opened every chest, did the metamorph, but no map item.
