Crash in Overgrown Shrine Map

My game crashed when on the tier 16 overgrown shrine map.

It was really bugged, but ill stick with the crash.
The map crashed when I unlocked the Vaal general in a legion encounter.

The other problems which may have contributed were one of the conquerors' effects(i think it was Drox) showing on the map, but they never showed up and i had a double corruption area. One was in the main area and the other was through the portal to the area with the blade vortexes.

The map also had the Bountiful traps prophecy on it and had Syndicate missions.
