Cautic Arrow ToolTip

So up until now I followed the tooltip it was quite good, rising by the modifier of the Skill gem
Usually most DoT achieved by raising the skill gem level
I bought +1 To All Chaos Skill Gem Amulet
I do see the +level modifier when I put my mouse on the skill though the DPS tooltip doesn't rise up until I take the gem out and put it back in, never had that problem before
