I would upgrade your flasks first. They add a lot of utlity and damage to the build. Try to get the same flasks as mine except the bottled faith, you can replace it with atziri's promise. Next I would try to get a watcher's eye either with zealotry takes 10%.increased.damage or penetrate 10% resists. Then ball lightning 21, jewels in your tree, finally your gear.

How did you get 2G4B in staff? I wasted around 120chaos and still no 2G4B, tried at least 2 green and also tried at least 1 green but it is not popping 4B2G :(.

It's just luck. The best way is to use chrome one at a time, you spend the least amount of chromes that way. If you run out of options, another way is to get Vorici to level 3 at Research and try to get 2 whites on your staff.
