MTX Gem Auras disappeared

So to keep this short, i was upgrading the quality of my lvl 20 gems (3 in total) through the vendor that had aura's/effects on them. i noticed that the aura/effects where missing and checked my stash and theres 1 missing of each.
i tried un-equipping/equipping but no good. i dont see a way to reclaim them in the stash. anyone have any info on what todo? Last bumped on Jan 5, 2020, 1:52:32 PM

You should be able to switch your microtransaction effects over to the new Skill Gems you've received from a Vendor if they're equipped on your character. Open up the Cosmetics tab (default key bind K) and the new gems should be sitting at the bottom. Clicking on those and clicking the "In Use" microtransaction effects will give you a prompt to move them over.

Hi, i have tried all of the above but to no avail.
its showing 2/3 on the auras when they're unequipped from the current gems(i bought a few of the Polaris boxes and they're all the auras in question). i have no other char so thats out of the question as well, it like the auras just up and left when i upgraded the gems at the vendor with the auras still on... any feedback or next steps would be appreciated. (Not being rude.. it comes across rude when i type it like that XD ) |
