Your payment has been cancelled
I keep getting this message when I go to make a microtransaction purchase. I have already contacted MasterCard about this, and they said all is fine on their end, it's just being canceled by Xsolla.
I have never had issues with purchases in the past, I am also using a card that I have used in the past as well. What's going on? Last bumped on Dec 30, 2019, 2:02:23 PM

" You will need to e-mail GGG support for this. However make sure your mastercard doesn't have contry / region security on it because then maybe this is the problem (you need to allow china)? |

Could you please try clearing your cookies and restarting your web browser? This sometimes helps with issues occurring during checkout. If you are still unable to complete your purchase I would also recommend trying with a different type of web browser.

And with cookies, make sure you clear browser cache as well. If it has been chached, it may try to use a pre-loaded webpage that will keep on saying that the payment has been cancelled.
