Necro MoM?

Just curious if MoM is something that people use at all with necro minion builds. I've googled quite a few current META necro builds and none is using it.
Looks like a great defensive keystone, and necro doesn't have that much crap that he needs on his gear for minions to be good, why not invest a bit in mana and use MoM?

About 10%+ use it. It's much more popular with Skeletons, while Zombies and Spectres very rarely use it.

Huh, is it? For me, it seems like the statistics should have been completely opposite, skelemancers have to cast skelies constantly and they are somewhat expensive to cast when 6L, when with specters you only dash and use convocation, which is super cheap... Oh well:)

I saw it, but I just can't stand specters. With specters, you literally don't have to click anything to beat everything, with skeletons you at least have something to recast constantly. Great build otherwise:)

I saw specters and immediately jumped to the conclusion that it was "that one that I saw earlier". It must have been some other build video. Sorry, they are sometimes hard to tell apart:(

You should be reserving your mana with auras imo

MoM is good with Devouring Diadem, because you can reserve all your mana, and still benefit from MoM, because of EB (use your shield as mana).

any summoner build will use specters, because even the utility options are too good. evangelists (shield), ruins hellion (rallying cry that taunts giving 30% less damage taken to all other targets), power charge/frenzy charge apes, etc are absolutely huge boost to your dps or defense

I used it at first, but didn't like it too much. Went with Skitterbois (extra shock is always awesome) and Flesh&Stone.

Like someone else said though it's pretty good with Devouring Diadem.
