Paypal chargeback

did you get the $100 supporter pack in you account before it was locked?

And it's never a good idea to use account that doesn't belong to you to buy things. However it being your sister helps a lot.
So get the needed documentation and send it to GGG then next this will properly be sorted out.

I purchased the 100 dollar supporter and got the 950 points.
I didnt spend any points though. After a while i tried to log in and my account was locked.

My sister told me just right now that the chargeback has gotten through. She said she would send me an email with proof that this came from paypal and not from my sister or me. dont know if this is enough.

well you still owe GGG $100 and that's why you account was locked.
So you will need to wait until you can talk to a manager in GGG and they will properly ask you to make a new temp account (like then one you have now) and pay the $100 that way. So you will need to get a payment option (like a mastercard) ready so you can complete this.
Then they will delete the dummy account and release your primary account.

I don't know what you sister got from Paypal but it would be good if it was an e-mail confirming all this.

Oh and change topic on your tread because "you" did do a chargeback !!!!

the 100 dollar is not the problem because i still want the supporter pack.
i hope everything will work out as you say, im a little bit sceptical still because arent there chargeback fees?

i would be even willing to pay the chargeback fee in order to get my account back.

another problem is maybe finding a way to reliable pay GGG because my bank account somehow really dont want to deal with Xsolla anymore. it worked in the past though.

The only documentation they provide is that the chargeback happened, without any documentation why.

This is all a messed up situation. Paypal has an dispute with Xsolla, and i get banned because of this?

EDIT: so i send them an email with the scarce documentation from paypal i have in the hope i will get an email back soon and that they are supportive of my case.

i havent got a response from GGG at all about this other then the first generic email answer

and you still need to pay the $100 so you better contact your bank and find a way to do so (maybe order a mastercard or something like that and have them confirm that it will work with this).

Apparently the 100 dollar were still debited from my sisters bank account.

What is going on here? GGG i havent heard anything substantial from you but this looks like a huge mess up.

EDIT: I have gotten an email from Xsolla that they have refunded my purchase with an invoice number equal to the case

EDIT2:No matter what exactly is going on, the fact is this whole thing is such a horrible experience for me, i just wanted to buy the 100 dollar supporter pack. I never had so much trouble buying from GGG before.

Well when ever people start using other people's credit card / payment options, then things tend to get "out of hand quickly", so again you should fix whatever problems is with your payment options so you can avoid this again.

GGG has had massive problem with people defrauding them for lots of money using chargeback, so now account gets auto banned / locked when this happens.
I can't blame them for this.
Sadly it's your "luck" that then happens when almost all the office is out for the NZ 1 month christmas brake so there isn't any people to handle all the tickets send to GGG, so there is nothing that can be done until you get a reply from GGG support.

Just to make sure, what does this means -->
