His title is Director, I believe. He helps all around the shop, as it were.
As was noted at Exilecon, one of the main things he does is review all marketing material before it is released.

Wow! Not only should they tell you "exactly" what Chris does but they should give you access to his calendar, his admin password, consultation on all development decisions and final approval of all financial decisions.
