Yeah I just had this happen to me too. Got him to 75% HP. I can let him regen his energy shield and then remove that over and over, but I can't lower his HP.

Me too.
I play a frost flickerstrike and the boss got stuck 3 tries on 3 tries. I will have to test with another skill/gear to prevent the stun from happening when he wants to launch his phase. |

One more here with same bugg.
Siege Ballista just freeze him and after no more dmg on him. Stuck at 75% hp. It's really boring GGG dont fix that with so many repports. |
