Double influence not working with Mark of the shaper

So i tried to create a ring that had both the shaper and elder influence with the new Awakener's Orb, so that i could take advantage of the Mark of the shaper ring. But it dosnt seem to be working? ís this intended or just a bugg?
(60-80)% increased Spell Damage if your other Ring is an Elder Item Cannot be Stunned by Spells if your other Ring is a Shaper Item is the unique modifiers on the mark of the shaper. Last bumped on Jan 21, 2020, 4:50:40 PM

Someone had posted before. Not sure bumping one thread or open another thread would increase the chance of getting reply.
BTW it seem no one online from GGG office due to holiday. I haven't seen a staff reply for a while. Back to your "bug". It seem it only count one influence but not both. got the same problem. crafted an shaper/elder influenced opal ring for that purpose, sadly it doesnt work.
