Are the mechanics to get the box different on console? I open the microtransaction shop and the only Polaris mystery box I can see is the one for purchase. While in the store I press square to go to the cosmetics screen and there is nothing there either.

I can't seem to redeem?
Open the MTX shop on in-game client and there are no options to claim free Polaris box. I've had the account for more than 5 years. |
