you cant craft things on to a unique items I dont know how but normally that weapon comes with 2 veil'd mods, which you use juin to unveil. someone could have payed an orb of scorning to remove the crafts? thats tragic

So how some guys have 4 mods on this weapons "crafted" ?

they dont have 4 crafted mods.

they have 2 crafted mods that are 2 lines each. such as:

attack speed + quality
crit chance + quality
phys % + chance to bleed / blind / impale


there are multiple mods that have 2 parts.
