Willowgift Evasion Buff does not work with Fortitude (Champion)

My character is a Champion and has taken Fortitude to gain Fortify. Willowgift does not grant its Evasion Rating bonus unless I use a method such as Fortify Support.

Also, Tempering Catalysts do not appear to modify the Evasion Rating modifier's value (I saw one up for trade with 4% Defences Quality which in theory would increase the value from 30% to 31%). I understand that this may be intentional even though it seems like it should work.

Can we get a confirmation from GGG if this is a bug or intended behaviour?

I am also wondering about Willowgift. Does not work with champion passive.
No idea is it intended or not.

Looks like we have to assume it's intended behavior which you will discover after leveling up Champion up to 52 and completing at least 2 labs.
Maybe one day we will read about this interaction in patch notes.

Well it does say “fortify buffs you create” for the evasion mod and it just says “while you have fortify” for the attack and cast speed buff. They are clearly worded differently so I’m sure it’s intended.

I purely does not create fortify by taking passive, having buff on me and being Fortitude as fuck. Its not created. It is granted by god.
