Global Modifiers to Gem level's don't increase damage.

Just bought an amulet that provides +1 to all dexterity skill gems. When I equipped it, the tool tip damage of my chaos over time doesn't increase. Looking at the gem itself, it shows that the skill gem is benefiting from the additional level but I'm not being granted the benefits of the actual level increase.

Didnt see my issue in the things gwtting fixed. Anyone else confirm what Im having there having too? Extremely frustrating not getting the additional benfits Im suppose to be getting from the global gem level.

You didn't give enough info. What gems are you using and what are they linked to? Do your dex (green gems) who that the level has increased when you hover over them?
