Nowhere is it restricted to say mana-flask or life-flasks.
It just says flasks.
So when using a non-instant mana flask the recovery should apply to mana normally, then it should recover 70% of that as life, and the same as ES.

Both items mention Recovery, only restricted by non-instant.

I totally understand why the instant 10% of life recovered when you use a mana flask doesn't work with supreme decadence.

But nowhere does it specify "only life or mana flasks", in all cases it only mention recovery from flasks.

I would suggest :
30% less recovery from flasks (not just life) and make it synergize with Indigon making it somewhat viable for other reasons then the damage boost now that it has been nerfed to oblivion.
