All different +1 to Level of all Skill gems modifiers for Amulets not Functioning

I started a new thread aswell with the same issue...
I tested it many times and it seems that all those + lvl to skill gems are reseting on every loadingscreen or zoneswitch you can pop out the whole item with the sockets in there and pop it in again and it seems to work fine then... but ggg i dont wanne pop all my gear in and out on every zone switch lol. emagin as a summoner that loses all minions if he swaps a gearpice in and out. This needs to be fixed ggg pls |
