All different +1 to Level of all Skill gems modifiers for Amulets not Functioning

Equipping a +1 to level of All Lightning skill gems amulet or a +1 to level of All Intelligence skill gems amulet while having arc in a link causes the arc to show having +1 lvl from global modifiers when mousing over it in my links, however the tooltip damage does not change at all. This isnt specific to arc, its for all skills.

Enlighten, and your awakened gems, are not skill gems, they are support gems. These mods only work on active skill gems.

As for the DPS issue, I've also noticed this (using +1 all cold skills). The DPS will update if you unsocket and resocket the gem or any linked support. I am not clear on if this is a display bug for an actual gameplay damage issue.

Also worth noting, the tooltip values will reset to the non-buffed numbers on changing instances.

I should clarify that it is not clear whether it is actually working or not (you would need to do a frame by frame DPS test to determine that) but what is clear is that the SKILL BAR TOOLTIP IS NOT UPDATING to capture the increases that would result from the +1 to all Skills global amulet affixes.


For example, if you have no amulet on and your essence drain (chaos skill) has a tool tip damage per second of 100 and then you equip an amulet with no affixes other than +1 to all chaos skills (global) the skillbar tooltip will still read at 100 DPS. Which we know is inaccurate as it should be about 12% higher since each level of the skill increases in dps by about 12%.

After using a discipline gem with a +1 intelligence gem amulet, I've figured this is not a just a tooltip issue. On changing zones with discipline active, I noticed I lost a small amount of energy shield. Unsocketing and resocketing the aura will restore the original (higher) energy shield level.

So in other words, it looks like these mods aren't working at all until the skill gem is resocketed.
