Cast on damage taken does not trigger Molten Shell or immortal call when linked with steelskin

I linked cast on damage taken with steelskin, molten shell, immortal call. I can only see steelskin being triggered. Is there something wrong or am i missing some information ?

Guard Skills all have a shared cooldown other than the inherent CWDT cooldown. Casting Order of linked trigger setups is in order of "links" starting top-left.
e.g. a 6-link trigger sequence would occur in this order: 1--2 ...| 4--3 |... 5--6 |
