The Twins prophecy does not spawn two bosses

Hi there,

I think that the twins prophecy is bugged, and that the challenge is not being completed related to the tiers map.

It has happened twice that I had the prophecy activated (the purple text was on the quest list), but once I reached the boss area, there was only 1 of them.

I think this might be caused because of the metamorph related drop that blocks making two bosses by the prophecy.
I have done twinned maps with the roll on the map just fine, but I think the prophecy is not working correctly.

I ran the prophecy on a tier 7 cemetery map (can't remember the other map).
