Don't spawn conquerors

It took me 86 ( YES! EIGHTY FUCKING SIX) maps in order to get influence to spawn, and then another 12 maps to get the actual Conquerer to spawn.

awakener 8. used to be able to spawn influence and conquerors but suddenly, it just stops. done about 120 maps without any influence spawning.

This is very frustrating that we are in the second month of the league and still getting severe problem with this issue.

i had the same bug. run bunch of T16 in new vastir and couldn't proc the last conquer before the citadel. to make sure i run again each and every map in the zone at t14+ to no avail.
switched HO and the 2nd map i run i manage to porc him. nice waste of 4 hours... |
