Is it possible to roll a +1 to minion level into +2?

Hi fellow summonars!

I found this awesome(compared to my other) head:
But it does only have +1 to minion level gem! :( I have googled but not found any information wether it is possible to use a divine orb on this and get it into a +2 level to minion gems. is it possible to?

you would have to find the specific affixes, but I think plus 1 and plus 2 are seperate affixes. If that is the case you would just be stuck with the plus 1 no matter what.

Not possible unless the item is ilevel 65 or higher I'm afraid.

It's not possible period. They are completely separate affixes regardless of ilvl, so it is impossible to reroll a +1 into +2 with a divine orb, which is what the OP meant. You could use chaos orbs to get +2 but that is different.

your better off just giving someone the orbs and getting a +2 item in return lol

It be way cheaper then rolling it yourself.

Besides the item is shit, its not even end game item.
