big spike 1600 ms + on some map

Hi,

i got spike connection in maps at random moments but all the rest of the time everything works ok .
For Example:
yesturday in my mine i had 1600 ms but today my mine is ok.
this evening Vaal pyramid map i got 1600 ms but this afternoon was ok.
and so on ... (when it happens the rest of the maps is ok)

When i change server (moscow london frankfurt...) the spikes stay.
