Consistent Instance crasches and conecction lost PLS HELP I CANNOT PLAY ANYMORE

Hey,

Since yesterday im expiriencing Crashes and latly its gotten so bad that i cant even do 1 map anymore without crashing. :(

What happens:

Im not sure if i can reproduce this but here is what happens:

I log in and go to my hideout (Coral) without problems, I open a map (tier or rarety or mods are irrelevant i guess) I start playing and expiriencing strange lags where i cant move ore use skills but am still able to die in realtime (monsters or other things are not affected by the lag) and can still go to my inventory or the esc menu.
also if F1 is pressed my latency goes through the roof for a time.
this happens about 1-3 times before the game completly crashes and I get schut back to the login screen with the saying connection lost.
If i log in again it takes about 3 trys bevore im able to relog (it craches after chosing my character)
also my hideout instance is crashed and i lost the map so im not able to progress in the atlas any longer. :(

meanwhile evry other thing like youtube and or other games are working fine and my cpu is not at its limit so its not a connection problem or hardware problem on my side.

EDIT: Today it crashed while opening a map after relogging my map was still in the map device and could be removed.
apon attempting to reopen it is did not work for a while and then an white error on the left side appeard saying portals could not be opend.
After that i could remove the map retry and it worked (then the normal crash happend of course).
