I have no direction with new atlas

Once you get your first 4 corner stones and the quest(s) become 'find the conquerors in different zones' it is now time to look at the stone storage boxes on the left.

Hovering over each set will highlight the respective region and tell you which stones are 'obtained' and not. For the ones you don't have it will say something like 'region level 2 needed to spawn exile'. This means you need at least that many watchstones socketed into that region to spawn the next exile (some will say 1 or 3 or even 4 eventually).

So basically at this point what I did was work up sequentially. I hunted down all the level 1 needed exiles. Then level 2 and am currently working on level 3 ones.

The way I now shape (for lack of a better term) my atlas is to try and upgrade regions to provide a smooth map tier progression. I will make sure I have some of all the tiers on the atlas from 1-whatever tier is max on the region I am working.

Example-if I am working on a region that needs 2 stones socketed into it which makes the maps in the region tier 7-10 I will make sure other regions are shaped to have some maps ranging from 1-6 and NOTHING HIGHER. This will make it whenever a map drops of tier 7-10 only maps in the region I am farming will drop.

Then when I switch regions and the new region is say 8-11 I will unshape the previous region but continue to run those extra tier 7-10 maps and the new 8-10 maps that drop will be ones in the new region (with some exceptions of course) but you will start to get the new region's maps as drops.
