+1 Level of All Dexterity Skill Gems not working

The new mod on hunter amulets is not working at least on the tooltip with toxic rain. See this album of images: https://imgur.com/a/r5uLnCm lvl 27 toxic rain shows the tooltip of 27.5k lvl 28 toxic rain shows the same tooltip of 27.5k doesnt matter which one have i equipped, the number doesnt change, however the base damage of the toxic rain is changing. Not a bug. You don't have that mod rolled on your bow; nor is it eligible to RECEIVE said mod (1: Not a shaper base, and 2: You already have 2 +Gem modifiers.)

read the amulet mod, it is +1 global to all dex skill gems, it is not limited to only the bow.
