Sister Cassia will not spawn

Sister Cassia will not spawn. I have been mapping non stop for twelve hours. Maybe locking progression of a daily quest master behind RNG instead of a quest like every other master is a bad idea.

I finally ran into Cassia this evening, and she showed up in my hideout. I guess it was just a string of bad RNG.
______________ I too am having the same problem. I've been mapping for days and I have not had a blight encounter in any map. I'm mostly t1-13 at the moment. I have gone to standard and she is in my hideout. When I'm in my 3.9 league hideout - she cannot be added in the decorations and there is a message stating complete act 1 "strange growths" quest. Why is there no answer to how to add Sister Cassia in 3.9 league hideout? I have one friend who has her in his hideout for which I am glad as I would otherwise think it was not possible. He has no idea of what he did differently to obtain her. My other friends and I have not seen her and have searched the game and the web in vain. Is there no help for a poor witch and her son?
