Wands are viable for league start. This is a proof of concept/build diary, guide will come if there is interest.
Leveled up with arc till blood aqueducts, farmed tabula with kinetic blast. Build takes off after cruel lab and Golem Commander Node. Meat of the build is a cold conversion phys wander, with golem supplementing damage and survivability. We take phase acro/acro for survivability, and a ton of HP nodes.
