Take a look at the world panel, the waypoint and quest-screen.
I think its "u" in standard configs.
In which location are you ? Killed Brutus already ?

Kill Brutus in the Wardens Quarter, you´ll soon find a waypoint in the "prisoners gate"

There's a door out of the Warden's Quarters right near the large chest. Just look around and you'll find it.
