Cant get into Submerged passage

I was playing a PS build, but i can't do the bosses as the game crashes. (logged details in another post with others)

I started again .. a marauder and now i am level 7 unable to get into the submerged passage .. game just looks as if its loading the instance then i return to the login screen with no message.

I created a new instance just in case .. and same happens again .. three times i just fail to load and crash out.

Never experienced so many issues with a patch in the years I've played.

Update .. i managed to get in my CTL clicking on the Submerged passage entrance and selecting New.
