Failed to join any instances

For me it is the "Upper Scepter of God", cannot join any instance

act 3 upper sceptre of god also will not allow me to enter... "failed to connect to instance". It is the only area stopping me and because of this i can no longer progress in the game.

I am getting this with the sewers/fiery dust. I cannot progress in the game. Please help.

Happened to me multiple times

Can't enter "The Cavern of Anger" because of this... :(
Getting someone else to open the instance is no option, since SSF... |

Same here. Got tired of this.
Going to give it a rest, got held back from progress too much to carry so far. |

Can't access templar laboratory after beating Kitava because of this, so now I can't even play maps because I have no access to map device.

Hopefully we get an update soon. This appears to be affecting a lot of people.
