Toxic rain vs caustic arrow?

Hej guys. I never realy played one of them but want to try one as a leaguestart.

CA is much lower damage but applies its damage much faster than TR.
TR is much higher damage than CA but it has a ramp up time. however it also has a significantly defense mechanic as well, and generally has more coverage than CA |

Play BOTH.
Toxic rain totems with caustic arrows. I'm crazy enough to try it, sounds fn fun! I will wear your ghost and you will die twice, against me and for me.
