Blue screen errors and trade center relation?

So I've played several weeks solo without any issues with blue screen (delve exception). Last night I made several offers on the same divination (different owners). I experienced four blue screens within a few hours of eachother. Cannot be a coincidence. I'm going to test this again tonight and post any screen shots that I can.

Welp, played all night with several open offers and no blue screen.
