Grand Sanctum Weapon Effect (from Grand Sanctum Supporter Pack) + Dual-wielding ?

Hey,
I'm looking for someone who has already purchased the new Grand Sanctum Supporter Pack. To this kind soul : would you please try dual-wielding and tell me if the Sanctum Weapon Effect applies to BOTH weapons ? Thank you ! Last bumped on Nov 28, 2019, 8:20:08 PM

Thanks for your great feedback FNX_Heroes! Supporter Pack or Challenge reward weapon effects should apply to both weapons when dual-wielding. This is so players do not have to purchase two identical Supporter Packs and receive several duplicate microtransaction items solely to dual-wield.
